How to Create Custom Call Dispositions in Calilio?

To create a custom call disposition in Calilio, open the Power Dialer, go to the Disposition tab, and click Create New. Type a name in Disposition Name and click Create. The disposition is then available from the Disposition field when you create a campaign.

A disposition is the outcome your team records against a call: interested, wrong number, call back later. The Power Dialer asks for one on every campaign, so the outcomes stay consistent across a team instead of ending up as free text.

Before you begin

  • You need admin rights. The Member view has no Disposition tab.
  • Create your dispositions before you create the campaign that uses them. Disposition is a required field on the campaign form.

Step 1: Open the Disposition tab

  • Click Power Dialer in the left sidebar of your Calilio workspace. It opens in a new browser tab.
  • Click Disposition, the second of the four tabs.
  • The table lists every disposition already saved, with the date it was created.

Open the Disposition tab in the Power Dialer.

Step 2: Click Create New

  • Click Create New at the top right of the Disposition tab.
  • The Create a disposition dialog opens.
  • Nothing is saved until you click Create.

Click Create New to open the disposition dialog.

Step 3: Name the disposition and create it

  • Type the outcome in Disposition Name. It is the only field, and it is required.
  • Use the words your team would say out loud, such as Interested or Call back later.
  • Click Create.

Name the outcome, then click Create.

Expected result

  • The disposition appears in the Disposition table with today's date under Created On.
  • Users Count reads how many people the disposition applies to.
  • The disposition is now available from the Disposition list on the campaign form.

Where do your team members use a disposition?

Team members use a disposition during the post-call duration, the seconds a campaign gives an agent after each call to record what happened. The disposition set on the campaign decides which outcomes they can pick from, which is why the field is required when you create one.

Can you rename or delete a disposition?

Yes. Each row of the Disposition table ends in a three-dot control, and its menu offers Rename and Delete. Renaming is the safer choice on a disposition your team already uses, because the campaigns pointing at it keep working.

Where can you see the outcome of a call?

You can see the outcome of a call in Call History, on the Member view of the Power Dialer. Its table carries a Disposition column beside the contact, the number, and the campaign, and it can be filtered by campaign or by call status and exported with Export CSV.

Which plans include the Power Dialer?

The Premium and Enterprise plans include the Power Dialer. The Standard plan does not.
