How to share a Calilio number to team members?

You share a Calilio number by assigning it to more than one team member. Open Settings, then Members, open the menu at the end of each team member's row, choose Assign a Number, select the same number, and click Assign Number. Settings, then My Numbers lists every team member under ASSIGNED MEMBERS.

Step 1: Find the first team member who needs the number

• Open Settings and click Members under WORKSPACE.
• The ASSIGNED column lists the numbers each team member already works from.
• Start with any team member on the list, then repeat the same steps for the rest.

Step 2: Choose Assign a Number on the team member's row

• Open the menu at the end of that team member's row.
• Click Assign a Number.
• The Assign Number dialog opens and shows the team member's name.

Step 3: Find the number you are sharing

• Type into Find number to narrow the list to the number you want.
• Numbers already assigned to that team member appear selected, so leave them selected.
• Select the number you are sharing.

Search the list for the number you are sharing.

Step 4: Save the assignment, then repeat it for the next team member

• Click Assign Number to save the selection for that team member.
• Open the next team member's row menu, and select the same number for them.
• Repeat until every team member who answers that number is assigned to it.

Step 5: Check which team members are assigned to the number

• Open Settings, then My Numbers.
• Find the number in the list, and read across to the ASSIGNED MEMBERS column.
• The column shows a profile picture for each assigned team member, and a count of the rest when the row runs out of space.

Read the ASSIGNED MEMBERS column against the number you shared.

Expected result

• Every team member you assigned appears under ASSIGNED MEMBERS for that number.
• The number also appears in the ASSIGNED column on each of their member rows.

Can a number be shared with the whole team?

Yes, a business number can be shared with as many team members as you assign it to. The ASSIGNED MEMBERS column shows a count of the remaining team members once the profile pictures run out of space on the row.

Can I share a number from the My Numbers page?

No, sharing runs from the team member's row on the Members page. The row menu on My Numbers offers Go to Conversation and Number Settings, and Number Settings covers business hours, forwarding, voicemail, and caller ID.

Where do I see the numbers assigned to one team member?

The ASSIGNED column on the Members page lists the numbers assigned to each team member, so you can check one team member without opening the dialog. Assigning a phone number to a member explains how to assign numbers from the team member's row.
