What Calilio Plans and Subscription Options Are Available?

Calilio offers flexible VoIP plans for individuals, small businesses, growing teams, call centers, and large enterprises. Calilio has three pricing plans and you can choose between Standard, Premium, and Enterprise plans, depending on your team size, communication needs, and required features.

1. Standard Plan

The Standard Plan is suitable for solopreneurs, startups, and small businesses that need an affordable business phone system.


Pricing:

  • Monthly subscription: $15 per user per month
  • Annual subscription: $12 per user per month
  • Annual billing: $144 per user
  • User limit: Up to 10 users


The Standard Plan includes:

  • One free local US or Canada phone number per user
  • 200 minutes of outgoing calls (to US or Canada)
  • 100 minutes of incoming calls (On a US/Canada Phone Number)
  • 100 outgoing SMS segments (to US or Canada)
  • 100 incoming SMS segments (On a US/Canada Phone Number)
  • 300 minutes of call recording
  • 300 minutes of call storage
  • Basic real-time dashboard
  • Unified Callbox
  • Voicemail
  • Call forwarding
  • Number sharing
  • Internal team calling and messaging, etc.


The included calls, SMS, call recording, and storage are provided through the Saver Lite Package.


2. Premium Plan

The Premium Plan is designed for growing businesses, franchises, customer service teams, sales teams, and call centers that need higher usage limits and advanced call management features.


Pricing:

  • Monthly subscription: $35 per user per month
  • Annual subscription: $28 per user per month
  • Annual billing: $336 per user
  • User limit: Unlimited


The Premium Plan includes everything in the Standard Plan, plus:

  • 1,000 minutes of outgoing calls (to US or Canada)
  • 500 minutes of incoming calls (On a US/Canada Phone Number)
  • 500 outgoing SMS segments (to US or Canada)
  • 500 incoming SMS segments (On a US/Canada Phone Number)
  • 1,500 minutes of call recording
  • 1,500 minutes of call storage
  • CRM integrations
  • Live call monitoring
  • Detailed real-time dashboard
  • Comprehensive call analytics
  • IVR or phone trees

3. Enterprise Plan

The Enterprise Plan includes everything in the Premium Plan, plus:

Monthly and Annual Subscription Options

Calilio allows you to choose between monthly and annual billing for the Standard and Premium plans.

Monthly Subscription

With monthly billing, you pay for your subscription every month. This option provides greater flexibility for businesses that do not want to make a long-term commitment.

Annual Subscription

With annual billing, you pay for one year in advance and receive a 20% discount compared with monthly billing.

What Is Included With a Paid Subscription?

Every paid Calilio subscription includes:

  • One free local phone number from the United States or Canada
  • A bundled call and SMS package
  • $1 of complimentary wallet credit
  • Access to Calilio’s web and mobile communication features

The exact usage allowance and available features depend on your selected plan.


Important Billing Information

Your subscription fee primarily covers access to your selected Calilio plan and its included usage allowance.


Keep the following points in mind:

  • Calls and messages used beyond the included allowance (or outside the defined countries) are charged according to Calilio’s applicable rates.
  • You must add funds to your Calilio wallet when the complimentary credit and bundled allowance are used.
  • Additional phone numbers or numbers outside the included offer will be charged separately.
  • Call recording and storage used beyond the included limit may be charged per minute.
  • KYC verification may be required to fully use calling and SMS services.
  • A2P 10DLC registration fees may apply when sending business SMS messages to US or Canadian numbers.


Can I Change My Plan Later?

You can select a right plan based on your current business requirements and upgrade or downgrade as your team or communication needs grow or reduce. Review the available features, user limits, bundled usage, and billing cycle before confirming your subscription.
