To create a Calilio account, open the Calilio sign-up page and either sign up with Google or Apple, or fill in your name, email address, password, and phone number. Set the country on the phone field, then click Continue to start the rest of the sign-up process.

Step 1: Open the Calilio sign-up page

• Go to the Calilio website and click Sign Up in the top navigation bar.
• If you are already on the Calilio login page, click Sign Up under the login form.
• The sign-up page opens with the heading Your Modern Business Phone System.

Step 2: Choose how you want to sign up

• Sign up with Google and Sign up with Apple appear at the top of the page, above the OR divider.
• Sign up with Google and Sign up with Apple sit above the OR divider.
• To create your account with an email address and a password instead, fill in the form under the OR divider.

Step 3: Enter your account details

• Name, Email, Password, and Phone Number each carry a red asterisk on the label.
• Enter the full name you want your team members to see beside your calls and messages.
• Use an email address you can access. It becomes the address you log in with.
• The eye control at the end of the Password field shows what you have typed, so you can check it before you continue.

All four fields on the sign-up form are required.

Step 4: Set the country on your phone number

• The Phone Number field opens with the United States flag selected, so change it if your number belongs to another country.
• Click the flag at the start of the field to open the country list.
• Type in the Search country box, or scroll the list, then click your country.
• Enter the rest of your phone number in the field beside the flag.

Step 5: Click Continue

• Check the four fields, then click Continue at the bottom of the form.
• Continue sits at the bottom of the form.

Continue submits the sign-up form.

Can you create a Calilio account with Google or Apple?

Yes. Sign up with Google and Sign up with Apple are the first two controls on the Calilio sign-up page, above the OR divider. The Calilio login page offers Continue with Google and Continue with Apple.

What do you agree to when you sign up?

The line under the sign-up form states that by signing up, you agree to Calilio's Terms & conditions, Privacy policy, and Refund policy. All three open on the Calilio website, and it is worth reading the refund terms before you start a subscription.

The three policies you accept by signing up appear under the form.

Is there a free Calilio plan?
