How to Choose the Right Calilio Plan?

Choosing the right Calilio plan and subscription option depends on your team size, monthly call and SMS usage, required phone system features, and budget. Calilio offers Standard, Premium, and Enterprise plans, each designed for different types of users and organizations.

Before You Choose a Plan

Consider the following factors before selecting your Calilio subscription:

  • Number of users in your workspace

  • Need for IVR, business hours, or call transfers

Choose the Premium Plan for Growing Teams and Advanced Features

Choose the Premium Plan when:

  • Your workspace requires more than 10 users.
  • Your team handles a larger number of calls and messages.
  • You need detailed call analytics and reporting.

Should You Choose Monthly or Annual Billing?

Choose monthly billing when you need greater flexibility or want to test the platform before making a longer commitment.

Choose annual billing when you expect to use Calilio for at least one year and want to reduce your subscription cost. Calilio currently offers a 20% saving on annual Standard and Premium subscriptions compared with monthly billing.

Consider Your Call and SMS Usage

Each Standard and Premium subscription includes a bundled allowance for calls, SMS, call recording, and storage. However, calling and messaging may be charged according to the applicable rate after the included allowance is used.

Calilio also provides $1 of complimentary wallet credit with a paid subscription. You may need to add money to your Calilio wallet to continue making or receiving calls and SMS after using the available allowance or wallet balance.

Consider Additional Costs

Before selecting a plan, review possible charges for:

  • Calls and SMS beyond the included allowance
  • Additional or non-included phone numbers
  • International calling and messaging
  • MMS messages
  • Additional call recording and storage
  • Number porting
  • A2P 10DLC registration for business messaging in the US and Canada
  • Custom integrations or enterprise requirements

KYC verification may also be required to fully access calling and SMS services.
