How to set up a workspace in Calilio?

Follow the steps below to set up your workspace in Calilio.

Step 1: Log In to Your Calilio Account

Go to the Calilio login page and sign in using your registered email address and password.
You must create a Calilio account and verify your email address before setting up a workspace.

Step 2: Open Settings

After logging in, click Settings from the left-hand navigation menu. The My Profile page opens by default, where you can view your account details, preferences, and security settings.

Step 3: Go to My Workspace

From the Settings menu, find the Workspace section and click My Workspace.

The My Workspace page displays your workspace profile and available workspace settings.

Step 4: Edit Your Workspace Profile

In this section, you can change the following details:

• Workspace name: Enter the name of your company, department, or team.
• Workspace display picture: Upload a logo or image that represents your workspace.
• Workspace cover photo: Add or replace the image displayed at the top of your workspace profile.
• Other workspace information: Review and update the additional details available on the My Workspace page like Usage Report Notification, Timezone, Current Wallet Balance and Load Wallet.

What Should I Do Next?

After creating your workspace, you can continue setting it up by:

• Inviting team members
• Assigning roles and permissions
• Purchasing or adding phone numbers
• Assigning numbers to members
• Configuring call and messaging preferences
• Setting up billing and wallet options

Workspace Owners and Admins can manage workspace settings, invite members, configure phone numbers, and control calling and messaging features.
