How to verify my email address?

After creating your Calilio account, you'll need to verify your email address to complete the account setup process if you signed up manually. Email verification is not required if you signed up using Google or Apple. Follow the steps below to verify your email address and continue setting up your account.

Step 1: Submit Your Account Details

In the sign up page, enter your name, email address, password, and phone number on the Calilio sign-up page. Then, click Continue.

Step 2: Check Your Email Inbox

Calilio will send an OTP code to the email address you used during sign-up. Open your inbox and look for the verification email from Calilio.

Step 3: Enter the OTP Code

Go back to the Calilio verification screen and enter the OTP code you received in your email.
Make sure you enter the latest OTP code exactly as shown.

Step 4: Continue Your Account Setup

Once the OTP code is verified, your email address will be confirmed. You can then continue creating your account by choosing a plan, adding billing details, and accessing your Calilio dashboard.

Troubleshooting

I did not receive the OTP code. What should I do?

Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder. Also, make sure you entered the correct email address. If the OTP still does not arrive, request the code again.

The OTP code is not working. What should I do?

Use the most recent OTP code sent to your email. If you requested multiple codes, older codes may not work.

I entered the wrong email address. What should I do?

Go back to the sign-up form and enter the correct email address. If you cannot edit the email address, start the sign-up process again or contact Calilio support.
