What Is the Difference Between Basic and Advanced Analytics in Calilio?

Basic analytics in Calilio counts calls, and advanced analytics reads them. The Dashboard, Member Report, and Number Report count every call as volume, duration, and answer figures. The Advanced Report and the other AI screens work only on analyzed calls, and add sentiment, reason, conclusion, and resolution.

The difference is what each side has to work with. A counting report needs the call record, which every call leaves behind. An analysis report needs a transcript, so it covers the calls Calilio has transcribed and analyzed.

What does basic analytics cover?

  • Screens: the Real Time tiles and Analytics Overview on the Dashboard, plus Member Report and Number Report under GENERAL REPORTS.
  • Figures: missed, inbound, outbound, and total calls, call duration, average call time, and answer rate.
  • Scope: every call in the selected range, whether or not it was transcribed.
  • Use it to answer how much and by whom.

What does advanced analytics add?

  • Screens: the AI Dashboard and Advanced Report under AI OVERVIEW, the three WORKSPACE reports, and the two MEMBERS PRODUCTIVITY reports.
  • Figures: call sentiment, the reason a customer called, how the call was concluded, and how it was resolved.
  • Scope: analyzed calls, which is a smaller set than the total your general reports count.
  • Use it to answer why customers called and how those calls went.

Advanced Report sits under AI OVERVIEW in the Analytics menu.

How do you narrow the Advanced Report?

Narrow the Advanced Report with the six lists above its table, each of which opens on All: Sentiment Type, Conclusion Type, Reason Type, Agent Name, Call Type, and Call Resolution. Sentiment Type offers POSITIVE, NEGATIVE, and NEUTRAL, and Call Type offers Incoming and Outgoing. The other three list the values found in your own calls.

Six lists narrow the Advanced Report, and each opens on All.

What is in the Advanced Report table?

  • One row per analyzed call, with S.N., Agent Name, Call Type, DATE, CUSTOMER NAME/NUMBER, and MORE DETAILS.
  • The View control in MORE DETAILS opens the analysis Calilio produced for that one call.
  • A search box above the table takes an agent name, a call type, a reason, a date, or a call resolution.

The Advanced Report lists analyzed calls one row at a time.

How are the workspace reports different from the Advanced Report?

The workspace reports rank one field instead of listing calls. Reason for Calls, Conclusion of Calls, and Call Resolution each show that field with NUMBER OF CALLS and CALL VOLUME (%) beside it, and the first two add TREND (LAST WEEK). Read them to see the pattern, then open the Advanced Report to find the calls behind it.

A workspace report ranks one field across your analyzed calls.

Which plans include each one?

  • The Standard plan lists the realtime dashboard and call analytics as basic, and does not include Call Sentiment Analysis or the AI-powered call summary.
  • The Premium plan and the Enterprise plan list both as comprehensive and include the AI features the advanced screens are built on.
  • Calilio marks the Analytics section with an AI BETA badge, so treat its output as an aid to your own review.
