How to Filter Analytics by Date in Calilio?

To filter analytics by date in Calilio, open a report under Analytics and use the range list at its top right. It holds six fixed periods, from Last 24 hour to Last 24 months, and every report opens on Last 7 days. The Dashboard carries its own period control with a custom start and end date.

Calilio has two date controls, and they behave differently. The reports under Analytics share one list of fixed ranges. The Dashboard has a separate set of period chips, and it is the only screen where you can type your own dates.

Step 1: Open the report you want to filter

  • Click Analytics in the left sidebar, then the report you want from the menu column.
  • Every report in that column carries the same range control, including both general reports and all of the AI reports.
  • The control sits at the top right of the report, beside the heading.

Open a report from the Analytics menu column.

Step 2: Open the range list

  • Click the control at the top right. It shows the range in use and carries a calendar icon.
  • Six ranges appear: Last 24 hour, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 3 months, Last 12 months, and Last 24 months.
  • There is no custom option on this list.

The range list on a report holds six fixed periods.

Step 3: Choose a range

  • Click the range you want. The report reloads on that period.
  • The control now shows the range you chose, so you can see what the figures cover.
  • The totals, the table, and any chart on the report all move to the new range together.

The control shows the range the figures cover.

Expected result

  • The figures on the report cover the range named in the control.
  • Calls outside that range are not counted anywhere on the screen.
  • Opening another report starts again on Last 7 days.

Does the date range carry from one report to the next?

No. Each report keeps its own selection for as long as you stay on it, and opening another report from the menu starts that one on Last 7 days. Going back to the first report starts it on Last 7 days as well, so set the range on each report you open.

Can you set a custom date range in Calilio?

Yes, on the Dashboard only. Scroll to Analytics Overview, where the period chips read YESTERDAY, 7 DAYS, 1 MONTH, 3 MONTH, and CUSTOM. Click CUSTOM to open a two-month calendar, then fill the Start date and End date fields beside the chips.

The reports under Analytics offer the six fixed ranges instead, so a period that does not match one of them has to be read off the Dashboard.

CUSTOM on the Dashboard opens a calendar for your own start and end dates.

How do you narrow analytics to one team member?

To narrow analytics to one team member, use the picker at the top right of the Dashboard. It reads ALL MEMBERS and opens a panel headed All Members, with every member of your workspace underneath and a Find Member search box above them. On Member Report and Number Report, use the Search box above the table instead.

The Dashboard picker scopes the figures to one team member.
