How to View Your Call History in Calilio?

To view your call history in Calilio, click a business number under NUMBERS in the left sidebar to open its inbox, then read the list. Each entry shows a contact name or a phone number, a timestamp, and a status such as Call Ended or Missed Call.

Step 1: Open the inbox for a number

  • Look under NUMBERS in the left sidebar.
  • Click the number whose calls you want to review.
  • Calilio saves call history separately for each number, so start with the number that placed or received the call.

Click a number under NUMBERS to open its inbox.

Step 2: Read the call entries

  • Each row represents one conversation with one caller.
  • Name or number: the contact name when one is saved, or the phone number when it is not.
  • Timestamp: a time for calls placed today, and a date for older calls.
  • Status: Call Ended with a green arrow, or Missed Call with a red arrow.
  • A red badge marks the rows you haven't read.

Each row shows the caller, the timestamp, and the call status.

Step 3: Open a call to see its details

  • Click an entry to open the thread.
  • A Call Ended bubble shows the call duration.
  • A waveform player lets you play the recording.
  • A Call Declined bubble displays the text Tap to call again.
  • Date dividers separate the thread by day.

Open an entry to read the call thread.

Step 4: Filter the call list

  • Use the OPEN and CLOSED toggle to switch between the two lists.
  • Open the dropdown labeled ALL to filter by call type.
  • The options are ALL, INCOMING, OUTGOING, MISSED, VOICEMAIL, and SCHEDULED.

Open the ALL dropdown to filter by call type.

Expected result

  • The list shows past calls for the selected number, with the caller, the date, and the outcome.
  • Opening an entry shows the conversation thread, including the call duration.

Why does an entry show a phone number instead of a name?

An entry shows a phone number when that caller is not saved in Contacts. Add the caller to Contacts, and the name appears on future entries. To add several contacts at once, see How to upload contacts to Calilio.

Still cannot find a call?

  • Confirm that you opened the right number. A call placed on another number appears in that number's inbox.
  • Set the dropdown back to ALL, in case a filter is hiding the entry.
  • Switch the toggle to CLOSED, then look again.
  • Clear the Find conversation box if you have typed a search term in it.

Which call types can you filter by?

You can filter by call type using six options: ALL, INCOMING, OUTGOING, MISSED, VOICEMAIL, and SCHEDULED. The dropdown sits above the conversation list. Choose MISSED to see the calls that need a callback, or VOICEMAIL to see the messages waiting for you.
