How to Block Unwanted Calls in Calilio?

To block unwanted calls in Calilio, click Settings, then Block List under USER ACCOUNTS, and click Block Contact. Choose the number from the list, or add an external number, enter your reason, and click Block Contact. The number then appears on your Block List with the date and who blocked it.

Step 1: Open the Block List page

• Click Settings in the left sidebar of the Calilio web app.
• Under USER ACCOUNTS, click Block List.
• The page counts the contacts your workspace has blocked and lists them in a table.

Step 2: Click Block Contact

• The Block Contact button sits at the top right of the Block List page.
• Click it to open the Block Contact dialog, which asks for a number and a reason.

Step 3: Choose the number to block

• Open the Number list, which holds the numbers already saved in your workspace.
• Type into the list to filter it down to the number you want.
• Choose Add External Number at the foot of the list to block a number that is not there.

Step 4: Give a reason and block the contact

• Enter your reason in Reason, since the dialog asks for one before you can proceed.
• Your reason appears in the REASON column, so write something your teammates will understand later.
• Click Block Contact to block the number, or Cancel to close the dialog without blocking it.

Enter your reason, then click Block Contact.

Expected result

• The blocked number appears on the Block List, with the date, the team member who blocked it, and your reason.
• Use the Search box above the table to find the entry by number, and the count above the table follows what the search shows.

Can you block a contact from the Contacts page?

Yes, you can block a contact from the Contacts page: click Contacts in the left sidebar, then click the contact you want to block, and the detail panel opens on the right. The three-dot control at the top of that panel offers Copy Number, Open Conversation, Block Contact, and Delete Contact. Block Contact there opens the same dialog with a Reason field and no Number list, because the contact is already known.

A contact's own menu offers Block Contact.

What does the Block List show?

• NAME shows the blocked contact, with the number underneath it.
• DATE shows when the contact was blocked.
• BLOCKED BY names the team member who blocked it, so a shared workspace keeps a record.
• REASON shows the reason that team member entered.
