How to Unblock a Contact in Calilio?

To unblock a contact in Calilio, click Settings, then Block List under USER ACCOUNTS. The page lists every blocked contact. Find the one you want with the Search box above the table, then click Unblock at the end of its row. Unblock is visible on every row, so you do not need to hover over the number.

Step 1: Open the Block List page

• Click Settings in the left sidebar of the Calilio web app.
• Under USER ACCOUNTS, click Block List.
• The page counts the blocked contacts above the table, and each row carries an Unblock control at its end.

Block List appears under USER ACCOUNTS in the Settings menu.

Step 2: Find the contact you want to unblock

• The Search box sits above the table, to the left of the Block Contact button.
• Type part of the number to narrow the table to the contact you want.
• The count above the table follows the search, so it confirms the contact is still blocked.

Search the Block List by number to find the contact.

Step 3: Click Unblock on the contact's row

• Unblock sits at the end of the row, past the REASON column.
• Check the number and the date on the row before you click, since every row carries the same control.
• Click Unblock to unblock that contact.

Expected result

• The Block List holds only the contacts that are still blocked.
• Search the Block List for the number again to check the change: a contact that is still blocked appears with the Unblock control on its row.

What does each row on the Block List show?

• NAME shows the blocked contact, with the number underneath it.
• DATE shows when the contact was blocked.
• BLOCKED BY names the team member who blocked it, which matters on a shared workspace.
• REASON shows the reason that team member entered, so you can see why the block was added before you undo it.

Why can't you find the contact on the Block List?

A contact missing from the Block List was likely blocked on another workspace, or a teammate has already unblocked it. Clear the Search box first, since the table shows only the rows that match what you typed, then read the count above the table.

Numbers appear on the Block List in the format they were blocked in, so search on the last few digits rather than on the country code or on spaces and brackets.

Can you block the contact again later?
