How to Add Balance to Your Calilio Wallet?

To add balance to your Calilio wallet, open Settings, then Wallet, and click Load Wallet. In the dialog, set the amount with the minus and plus controls or type it in, choose a saved card under PAY VIA CARD, then click Load Wallet. Calilio charges the credit to the card you selected.

Step 1: Open Settings, then Wallet

• Click Settings in the left sidebar of the Calilio web app.
• Under BILLING, click Wallet.
• The page opens on the Overview tab, with CURRENT BALANCE at the top.
• Overview and Usage History are the two tabs on the Wallet page.

Step 2: Click Load Wallet

• Click Load Wallet at the top right of the page.
• Clicking Load Your Wallet on the balance card opens the same dialog.
• The dialog is headed Load Wallet, with a line underneath about keeping your calls uninterrupted.

Step 3: Set the amount

• The AMOUNT field holds the credit to add, with a minus control on its left and a plus control on its right.
• Use those controls to raise or lower the figure, or click the figure and type over it.
• The dialog opens with an amount already filled in, so check the figure before you pay.

Step 4: Choose the card to pay with

• PAY VIA CARD lists the cards saved on your account, each with its last four digits and expiration date.
• The card marked Default is selected when the dialog opens.
• Click a different card to charge that card instead.

Step 5: Click Load Wallet in the dialog

• Click Load Wallet at the bottom of the dialog to complete the payment.
• Check the amount and the selected card once more first, because this step charges your card.
• A line under the button states that the form is PCI-compliant, secure, and encrypted.

Click Load Wallet to charge the card and add the credit.

Where do I see my wallet balance?

Your wallet balance appears under CURRENT BALANCE at the top of Settings, then Wallet. The same figure appears beside your workspace name in the top bar of the Calilio web app.

Can Calilio add credit to my wallet for me?

Yes. Auto Recharge, further down the same Wallet page, adds credit to your wallet automatically once the balance falls to a threshold you set.

How do I get a warning before the credit runs out?

Low Balance Alert warns you before the credit runs out. It appears under the balance card and holds the setting Notify when the balance is at or below. Enter a figure there, then click Save Notification Settings.

If a wallet payment is charged and your balance does not increase, contact our support team with the date of the payment, the last four digits of the card, and the amount.
