How to Reset a Forgotten Password in Calilio?

To reset a forgotten password in Calilio, open the Calilio login page and click Forgot Password? under the Password field. Enter the email address your account is registered with, click Reset Password, and follow the reset instructions Calilio sends to that address.

Before you begin

• You need the inbox of the email address your Calilio account is registered with.
• If you are still signed in and know your password, change it from your profile instead of resetting it.

Step 1: Click Forgot Password? on the login page

• Open the Calilio login page, headed Welcome back.
• Forgot Password? sits directly under the Password field, above the Login button.
• You do not have to fill in either field first.

Click Forgot Password? under the Password field on the login page.

Step 2: Enter your registered email address

• The page is headed Forgot your Password, over the line that Calilio will send you reset instructions.
• Email is the only field, and it is required.
• Use the address you sign in with, because a different one has no Calilio account behind it.

Type the email address your Calilio account is registered with.

Step 3: Click Reset Password

• Reset Password sends the reset instructions to the address you typed.
• LOGIN, under the button, takes you back to the login page if you remember your password after all.

Click Reset Password to have the instructions sent to your inbox.

Step 4: Follow the instructions in the email

• Open the message Calilio sends to that address and follow what it asks for.
• Set a new password you do not use on any other account.
• Then sign in on the login page with your email address and the new password.

Expected result

• You can sign in with your email address and your new password.
• The old password stops working once the new one is set.

What if the reset email does not arrive?

• Check the spam or junk folder of the address you typed.
• Check that the address is the one your account is registered with, not a second address you also use.
• Wait a few minutes before asking for another one, because a fresh request can replace the message already sent.

How do you change a password you still know?

Change it from your profile rather than resetting it. Sign in, then use RESET beside Reset password under Security & Sessions, as How to change my account password explains.
