How to change my account password?

ou can change your Calilio account password from the My Profile settings. You must enter your current password before creating a new one.

Step 1: Log In to Your Calilio Account

Step 2: Open Settings

Click the Settings icon from the left-hand navigation menu. The My Profile page opens automatically.

Step 3: Go to Security & Sessions

Scroll down to the Security & Sessions section. Under this section, locate Reset password and click Reset.

Step 4: Enter Your Password Details

The Reset password window appears. Complete the following fields:

Current Password: Enter your existing account password.
New Password: Enter the new password you want to use.
Confirm New Password: Re-enter your new password to confirm it.

Note: Make sure the entries in the New Password and Confirm New Password fields match.

Step 5: Save Your New Password

Click Save to update your password.

You can now use the new password the next time you log in to your Calilio account.

What If I Forgot My Current Password?

If you do not remember your current password, log out of your account and select Forgot Password? on the Calilio login page. Follow the instructions sent to your registered email address to reset it.

Having Trouble Changing Your Password?

Check that:

Your current password is entered correctly.
The new password and confirmation password match.
All required fields are completed.

If you are still unable to change your password, contact the Calilio support team for assistance.
