How to reset a forgotten password?

If you cannot remember your Calilio account password, you can reset it from the login page using the email address associated with your account.

Step 1: Open the Calilio Login Page

Go to the Calilio login page. Complete the CAPTCHA verification, then click Forgot Password?

Step 2: Enter Your Registered Email Address

Enter the email address you use to log in to Calilio. Click Reset Password. Calilio will send a one-time password (OTP) to your registered email address.

Step 3: Verify the OTP

Open the password-reset email and find the OTP code. Enter the code on the verification page to confirm your email address.

Step 4: Create a New Password

After verifying your email address, follow the reset link and enter a new password. Confirm the new password, then submit the form to complete the reset process.

Step 5: Log In With Your New Password

Return to the Calilio login page and sign in using your registered email address and newly created password.

Didn’t Receive the OTP?

Make sure you entered the email address associated with your Calilio account. You can also check your spam or junk folder and request another OTP after waiting a few minutes. If you are still unable to reset your password, contact the Calilio support team for assistance.
