How to Update Your Profile Information in Calilio?

To update your profile information in Calilio, click Settings in the sidebar and the My Profile page opens. Click Edit on the profile card to change your name, use the menu on your photo to change your picture, and set your language and support preferences under Preferences.

Step 1: Open the My Profile page

• Click Settings in the Calilio sidebar.
• My Profile opens first, above the WORKSPACE group in the settings menu.
• The page carries three blocks: your profile card, Preferences, and Security & Sessions.

Click Settings in the sidebar, and the My Profile page opens.

Step 2: Click Edit on your profile card

• The card is headed Account Details & Preferences and shows your name, your email address, your role, and the numbers assigned to you.
• Edit sits at the right of that card, under the cover image.
• It opens the Edit Profile dialog, headed Change Account Details.

Click Edit at the right of your profile card.

Step 3: Change your name and click Save

• Name is the only field you can type in, and it is required.
• Email and Role are shown in the same dialog and both are locked.
• Click Save to apply the new name, or Cancel to leave it as it was.

Type your new name in the Name field, then click Save.

Step 4: Change your profile photo or cover image

• Click your photo at the left of the card to open its menu, which holds Choose Profile Image, Choose Avatar, and Remove.
• Choose Avatar picks from the images Calilio supplies, so you do not have to upload one.
• The small control at the top right of the cover image opens Choose cover photo and Remove.

Click your photo to choose a new image, an avatar, or to remove the current one.

Step 5: Set your language and support preferences

• Language Settings sits under Preferences and changes the language Calilio is shown in.
• Preferred Contact Method tells our support team how and when to reach you.
• Both apply to your own account, not to everyone in your workspace.

Open Language Settings under Preferences and pick your language.

Expected result

• Your profile card shows the new name and photo.
• The avatar at the top right of the Calilio window shows the same photo.

Can you change your email address in Calilio?

No. The Email field in the Edit Profile dialog is locked, and so is Role, so neither can be changed from the My Profile page. Our support team changes an email address for you, as How to change your email address in Calilio explains.

Which languages does Calilio offer?

• Language Settings offers six: EN, DE, ES, FR, PT, and SL.
• The control shows the code of the language you are on, and EN is English.

What is Preferred Contact Method for?

• Preferred Contact Method records the support channel you want us to use, so we can help you faster.
• Click ADD DETAILS to open it, and tick any of Email, Messaging, and Phone Call.
• A Time row sets the hours you want to be contacted between, as a start time and an end time.

Click ADD DETAILS to set the channel and the hours our support team should use.
