How to Switch Between Workspaces in Calilio?

To switch between workspaces in Calilio, click the round workspace avatar at the top left of the sidebar, marked with a small chevron. A dropdown opens with a Find workspace box and the workspaces your account can reach. Click the workspace you want, and it then carries the blue check that marks the active workspace.

Step 1: Click the workspace avatar

  • The workspace avatar appears at the top left of the Calilio web app, above the sidebar menu, and carries a small chevron.
  • Click the avatar itself to open the workspace switcher.
  • The workspace name beside the avatar is a label rather than a button, so clicking the name doesn't open the switcher.

Click the round workspace avatar at the top left.

Step 2: Find the workspace

  • Type a workspace name in the Find workspace box to filter the list to matching workspaces.
  • If your account has access to only a few workspaces, you can read down the list instead of searching.

Type a workspace name in the Find workspace box.

Step 3: Select the workspace

  • Click a workspace in the list to switch to it.
  • The workspace that is currently active carries a blue check.
  • A workspace in the list may also carry an unread badge, which points to activity waiting in that workspace.

Click a workspace in the list to switch to it.

Expected result

  • The workspace you click becomes the active workspace.
  • That workspace then carries the blue check in the switcher list, and the other workspaces do not.

Where do you create a new workspace?

The Calilio web app has no control that creates a workspace. The workspace switcher holds the Find workspace box and the list of the workspaces you already belong to, and there is no create option in the settings menu either. How to set up your Calilio workspace covers what you can change on a workspace you already have.

Why does clicking the workspace name do nothing?

  • Clicking the workspace name does nothing because the name is a label rather than a button.
  • The round avatar with the chevron is the control that opens the workspace switcher.

Why does only one workspace appear in the list?

The workspace switcher lists the workspaces your account can reach, so seeing one workspace means your account is a member of one workspace. If a second workspace is missing, ask the owner or administrator of that workspace to confirm that your account was added as a member. Their steps are in Add new members to the workspace.

Contact Calilio support

If the avatar does not open the switcher, or a workspace you were added to is still missing, contact our support team with the email address on your account and the name of the workspace you expect to see.

For your security, do not share passwords or payment card details.
