How to Make a Call in Calilio?

You can make a call in Calilio from the built-in dialer, which is available on every screen. Open it, choose the number you want to call from, enter the number you want to call, and press the green call button.

Step 1: Open the built-in dialer

• Click the green dialer button on the right edge of any screen.
• The built-in dialer opens as a floating panel.
• Drag it anywhere on the screen. It remains open as you navigate through Calilio.

Step 2: Choose the number you want to call from

• The blue header at the top of the built-in dialer shows your outbound number.
• That number appears as the caller ID to the individual you call.
• Click the header to switch to another number assigned to you.

Step 3: Enter the number you want to call

• Choose the destination country from the flag dropdown.
• Type the number on the keypad, or paste it into the field.
• You can also choose one of the recent numbers listed above the keypad.
• Check the local time that Calilio shows for the destination before you call.

Step 4: Press the green call button

• Press the green call button to connect.
• Allow your browser to access your microphone when prompted.
• The built-in dialer switches to the call screen.

• The call screen shows the number you are calling and its country.
• The call screen includes controls for Tags, Notes, Invite, Mute, Record, Hold, Keypad, and Transfer.
• Click the red button to end the call.
• The call is saved automatically to the inbox of the number you used to place it.

How do I call a saved contact?

• Open the Contacts tab at the bottom of the built-in dialer.
• Search for the contact by name or number.
• Click a contact to place a call without manually entering the phone number.

Can I set a default number for outgoing calls?

• Yes. Open the Settings tab in the built-in dialer.
• Set a Default Number and a Default country.
• Calilio preselects both each time you open the built-in dialer.

Why is my call not connecting?

• Microphone access may be blocked in your browser: allow microphone access, then reload the page.
• Your wallet balance has run out: add funds to resume making outgoing calls.
• No number is assigned to you: ask your workspace administrator to assign one before you place outbound calls.
• The destination country isn't enabled for your account: contact our support team to request access.
