How to View Wallet Usage in Calilio?

Keeping track of your communication expenses is essential for budget management. Calilio's Wallet Usage feature provides a detailed view of all your transactions, including charges for incoming and outgoing calls, messages, and other services. You can filter by activity type, date range, and even export your data for accounting purposes.


This guide shows you how to access and use the Wallet Usage feature in Calilio.

Step-by-Step: View Wallet


Step 1: Log in to Your Calilio Account

Access your Calilio account using your email and password.


Step 2: Navigate to Settings

In the left sidebar, click on "Settings".


Step 3: Go to Billing Section

In the Settings menu, scroll down to the Billing section.


Step 4: Click on "Wallet"

Under the Billing section, click on "Wallet".



Step 5: Select "Wallet Usage" Tab

At the top of the Wallet page, you'll see two tabs: "Overview" and "Wallet Usage". Click on "Wallet Usage".


You'll now see a complete list of all your transactions with details including:

  • Serial Number (SN)
  • Remarks (type of charge)
  • Transaction Date and Time
  • From Number
  • To Number
  • Duration (in minutes)
  • Charges (transaction amount)
  • Top-Ups

Filter Your Wallet Usage


Filter by Activity Type

Click on the "Filter by Activity" dropdown at the top of the page. You can select:

  • All - View all transactions (default with count, e.g., "All 56")
  • Load Wallet - View only wallet recharge transactions
  • Incoming messages - See charges for received messages
  • Outgoing messages - See charges for sent messages
  • Incoming calls - View charges for received calls
  • Outgoing calls - View charges for made calls


This helps you analyze spending by specific communication types.

Filter by Date Range

Use the date picker fields to filter transactions:

  1. Start Date - Click the first date field to select the "from" date (e.g., 2025-07-10)
  2. End Date - Click the second date field to select the "to" date (e.g., 2025-10-08)


The transaction list will automatically update to show only transactions within your selected date range.

Export Your Wallet Usage Data

Need to share your usage data with accounting or for record-keeping? Here's how to export:


Step 1: Apply Your Filters (Optional)

Before exporting, you can:

  • Select specific activity types you want to export
  • Choose a custom date range

This ensures you export only the data you need.

Step 2: Click the "Export" Button

At the top right of the Wallet Usage page, click the "Export" button.

Step 3: Choose Your Export Date Range

An "Export Data" modal will appear with the following message: "Includes all wallet transactions within the selected date range."


In the "Select Date" dropdown, you'll see preset options:

  • Last 24 Hours - Export today's transactions
  • Last 7 Days - Export the past week's data
  • Last 30 Days - Export the previous month (default)
  • Custom - Set your own specific date range

Step 4: Select Custom Date Range (For Specific Dates)

If you need a specific time period, select "Custom" from the dropdown.


Two date fields will appear:

  1. Start date - Click and select the beginning date (from which date)
  2. End date - Click and select the ending date (till which date)

If you don't select both dates, you'll see a message: "Please select start and end date" in red text.

Step 5: Click "Export" Button

Once you've selected your date range (preset or custom), click the "Export" button at the bottom of the modal.

Your wallet usage data will be downloaded to your computer in CSV.
