How to Set Up Business Hours in Calilio?
Business Hours in Calilio let you define when your team is available to take calls. Calls made outside your set schedule can be automatically directed to voicemail or handled with custom rules, ensuring professional communication around the clock.
Step 1: Log in to Your Calilio Account
- Sign in here if you already have an account.
- If you’re new, sign up here to create one.
Step 2: Go to the Numbers Section
From the left-hand navigation panel, click on Numbers to view all your assigned numbers.
Step 3: Open Number Settings
Choose the specific number you want to configure and click Number Settings.
Step 4: Enable Business Hours
Scroll down to the Business Hours section and toggle the button ON to activate it.
Step 5: Select Your Time Zone
Choose the correct time zone from the dropdown menu to make sure your schedule reflects your local business hours.
Step 6: Set Days and Times
- Toggle ON the business days you operate.
- Define the opening and closing times for each selected day.

Step 7: Configure Voicemail (Optional but Recommended)
For calls outside business hours, set up a voicemail greeting. You can record a personalized message or upload a pre-recorded one.
