How to Schedule a Message in Calilio?
Need to send a message at a specific time? Calilio's message scheduling feature lets you set up text, MMS, voice messages, and pictures to be sent automatically at your chosen date and time. Perfect for reminders, or sending messages across different time zones.

Step-by-Step: Schedule a Message
Step 1: Log in to Your Calilio Account
Access your Calilio account using your email and password.
Step 2: Navigate to Numbers
In the left sidebar, click on "Numbers" to view your phone numbers.
Step 3: Open Conversations
Click on "Conversations" to see all your chat conversations.
Step 4: Select the Conversation
Click on the specific conversation where you want to schedule a message.
Step 5: Type Your Message
In the message input box at the bottom, type the message you want to schedule. You can include:
- Text
- Emojis 😊
- Voice recordings (click microphone icon)
- Pictures (click attachment icon)
Step 6: Click the Dropdown Arrow (Next to Send Button)
Instead of clicking the send button, click the dropdown arrow on the right side of the send button. You'll see multiple scheduling options:
- Send after 5 minutes
- Send after 15 minutes
- Send after 30 minutes
- Send after 1 hour
- Custom - Set your own date and time
Step 7: Choose Your Schedule Time
Select one of the quick options, or click "Custom" for a specific date and time.
Step 8: Set Custom Date and Time (If Selected)
If you choose "Custom," a "Schedule message" window will appear.
- Date: Select your desired date (e.g., 2025-10-08)
- Time: Choose the exact time (e.g., 11:59 PM)
Step 9: Click "Schedule Message"
Once you've set the date and time, click the blue "Schedule Message" button.
Your message is now scheduled! You'll see a notification showing how many messages are scheduled to be sent.
How to Edit a Scheduled Message
Already scheduled a message but need to make changes? Here's how:
Step 1: Click "See all Scheduled Messages"
Just above the message typing bar, you'll see a link that says "See all Scheduled Messages" with the number of pending messages. Click on it.
Step 2: Find Your Scheduled Message
A list of all your scheduled messages will appear.
Step 3: Click the Three-Dot Menu
On the right side of the message you want to edit, click the three-dot menu icon (â‹®).
Step 4: Select "Edit" from Dropdown
Click "Edit" from the dropdown menu.
Step 5: Update Your Message
An "Update Scheduled Message" window will appear where you can modify:
- Message Content: Edit your text, add or remove emojis, pictures, or voice recordings
- Date: Change the scheduled date
- Time: Adjust the scheduled time
Step 6: Click "Update Message"
Once you've made your changes, click the blue "Update Message" button.
Your scheduled message is now updated with the new content, date, or time!

Yes! You can schedule as many messages as you need. Each message can have its own date, time, and content.
- Can I cancel a scheduled message?

The message will still send automatically. Calilio handles scheduled messages from the server, so you don't need to be logged in.

You can schedule messages weeks or months in advance using the Custom date option.
