How to Rename a Workspace in Calilio?

To rename a workspace in Calilio, open Settings, then My Workspace. Click Edit on the workspace card, type the new name in the Name field, and click Save. The Edit Workspace dialog changes the workspace name and nothing else about the workspace.

Step 1: Open the My Workspace page

• Click Settings, then My Workspace under WORKSPACE.
• The heading is your workspace name, followed by 's Workspace.
• The cards under it count the teams, admins, members, and numbers your workspace has.

Open Settings, then My Workspace under WORKSPACE.

Step 2: Click Edit

• Edit sits at the top right of the workspace card, beside the workspace name.
• It opens the Edit Workspace dialog.

Click Edit at the top right of the workspace card.

Step 3: Type the new name

• The Name field opens holding your current workspace name.
• Clear it and type the name you want, because Name is required and cannot be left empty.
• The dialog is titled Edit Workspace and states that it updates the workspace name.

Type the new workspace name in the Name field.

Step 4: Click Save

• Save applies the new name.
• Cancel closes the dialog and leaves the name as it was.

Click Save to apply the new workspace name.

Expected result

• The heading on the My Workspace page reads the new name.
• The name at the top left of the sidebar, beside the workspace avatar, reads the new name as well.

Does renaming a workspace change anything else?

No. The Edit Workspace dialog carries one field, the workspace name, and the line under its title states that it updates the workspace name. Nothing else on the My Workspace page, such as your timezone, your usage report setting, or your wallet, is part of that dialog.

Who can rename a workspace?

An admin or the workspace owner, because My Workspace sits under Settings. If Settings is missing from your sidebar, ask your workspace administrator to make the change for you.

What else can you change on the My Workspace page?

• Usage Report Notification sends usage reports by email on the frequency you pick.
• Timezone sets the official time standard for the workspace.
• Wallet Balance shows what your workspace holds, with a control to load it and a link to your usage.

Where do I create a second workspace?

No control for creating a second workspace is in the Calilio web app. The workspace switcher at the top left of the sidebar lists the workspaces your account can reach and offers no create option, so ask our support team about running a second one. If Save does not apply the new name, contact our support team with the old workspace name, the name you tried to set, and the email address on your account.
