How to record a professional voicemail greeting for your business on Calilio?

Step 1: Once you login to your Calilio Dashboard, go to Settings > My Numbers. Choose the number you want to record a voicemail greeting for.

Step 2: Scroll down, and click on “Select Audio” under Voicemail.

Step 3: A dialog box pop up allowing you to record voicemail. By clicking on “Record” > “Start Recording”, you can start recording your personalized voicemail.

Step 4: Once you finished recording, click on “Stop Recording”.

🌟Note: You can also listen to your voicemail before finalizing it.

Step 5: Click on “Load” option to make your finalized recording as voicemail greeting.

Good job! You just personalized your voicemail greeting.
