How to Name Your Calilio Number ?

Naming your Calilio number helps you stay organized—especially when managing multiple numbers for different teams, departments, or campaigns. Follow the steps below to update the display name of any active number.

Step 1: Log in to Your Calilio Account.

Step 2: Go to Settings

From the left-hand navigation panel, click Settings.

Step 3: Open My Numbers

Select My Numbers to view and manage all numbers assigned to your account.

Step 4: Select an Active Number

Click on the Active tab, then choose the specific number you want to rename.

Step 5: Rename Your Number

Edit the name of your selected number. Your updated number name will be reflected instantly in the Numbers section.

✅ Tip: Use descriptive names like Sales Line, Support Team, or USA Campaign to quickly identify each number in your workspace.
