How to Forward Chat to Email in Calilio?
Calilio allows you to forward chat conversations directly to your email inbox, making it easier to keep records or share important discussions with your team or external contacts.
Step 1: Log in to Your Calilio Account
- Sign in here if you already have an account.
- If you’re new, sign up here to create one.
Step 2: Go to the Numbers Section
From the left-hand navigation panel, click on Numbers to view all your assigned numbers.
Step 3: Select the Conversation
Choose the specific chat conversation you want to forward to email.
Step 4: Open General Info
Click on the information icon (ℹ️) to open the General Info panel for that conversation.
Step 5: Access the Options Menu
In the General Info bar, click the three-dot menu (⋯) to open more options, then select Forward Chat to Email.
Step 6: Configure Forwarding Details
A pop-up window will appear where you can:
- Select the required fields to include in the forwarded chat.
- Choose to forward the chat to internal team members or external email addresses.
After reviewing, confirm your action to forward the conversation.
