What Integrations Does Calilio Offer?

Calilio offers two integrations, Pipedrive and Pabbly Connect. Both live on the Integrations page under Settings, both log your Calilio calls into the connected tool, and both let you choose which of your business numbers they cover. Integrations are included on the Standard, Premium, and Enterprise plans.

An integration connects Calilio to a tool your team already uses, so a call placed or received on a Calilio number is recorded in that tool without anyone copying it across by hand.

Where you find your integrations

  • Integrations sits under APPLICATION in the settings menu, below the billing group.
  • The page opens on the All tab, which lists every integration Calilio offers.
  • Each integration is a card carrying its name, its connection state, and a one-line description.

Open the settings menu and scroll to APPLICATION to reach Integrations.

What the Integrations page shows you

  • Two tabs sit above the cards, All and Enabled, each carrying a count.
  • The Search box filters the cards by name, so typing part of a tool's name leaves that card on screen.
  • A card reading Connected is already set up for your workspace.
  • The Add Filter control beside the Search box is unavailable on this page.

The Integrations page lists Pipedrive and Pabbly Connect, each with its connection state.

What the Pipedrive integration does

Pipedrive is a sales CRM, and the Calilio integration logs your incoming and outgoing calls against the matching contact or company record in it. You choose which of your business numbers it covers. Its Overview tab also links to the Calilio dialer Chrome extension, which lets you place a Calilio call from inside Pipedrive.

What the Pabbly Connect integration does

Pabbly Connect is a workflow automation service, and the Calilio integration sends your call logs to it over a webhook. Pabbly Connect then passes them on to whichever apps you have set up there. Calilio needs a webhook URL from your Pabbly Connect account before it can send anything.

What an integration page shows you

  • Click a card to open that integration. It has an Overview tab and a Settings tab.
  • Overview carries a STATUS line, a DOCS link to the tool's own documentation, and a WEBSITE link.
  • Settings carries the Log Calls switch and the Phone Calls list that decides which numbers the integration covers.
  • Disconnect sits at the top right of both tabs.

The Overview tab of an integration states its status and links to the tool's own documentation.

Which plans include integrations?

Both integrations are included on the Standard, Premium, and Enterprise plans. The Integrations page states no plan requirement of its own, so the plan comparison is where the current list is kept.

Can Calilio connect to a tool that is not on the list?

Yes, through Pabbly Connect. Calilio sends its call logs to a Pabbly Connect webhook, and Pabbly Connect forwards them to the apps you have connected there. The Integrations page itself offers these two integrations and nothing else.

How do you request a new integration?

Send Calilio a feature request. The Integrations page carries no request control of its own, so the route is the same one used for any other feature.

Contact Calilio support

If an integration you expect is missing from the Integrations page, contact our support team with your workspace name and the tool you are trying to connect.

For your security, do not share passwords or payment card details.
