How to Connect Calilio with Pabbly Connect?

To connect Calilio with Pabbly Connect, click Settings, then Integrations, and open the PabblyConnect card. Follow the setup steps on its Overview tab, turn on Log Calls on the Settings tab, then open the API Key and URL card and save the webhook URL from your Pabbly Connect account.

Pabbly Connect is a workflow automation service. Calilio sends your call logs to it over a webhook, and Pabbly Connect passes them on to the other apps you have set up there.

Before you begin

• You need a Pabbly Connect account. The Overview tab links to Pabbly's own documentation and website.
• Have the webhook URL from your Pabbly Connect workflow ready. It is the one field Calilio requires.

Step 1: Open the Integrations page

• Click Settings, then Integrations under APPLICATION in the settings menu.
• The page lists every integration Calilio offers, each as its own card.

Step 2: Open the PabblyConnect card

• Click the PabblyConnect card.
• The integration opens on its Overview tab, which describes what it does and links to Pabbly's own documentation.
• STATUS on that tab reads Active while the integration is working.

Step 3: Read the setup steps on the Overview tab

• Integration Instruction lists what Calilio expects you to do, in order.
• The four items are Enable Log Calls, Login to Pabbly Connect, Retrieve API Key and Webhook URL, and Set them up in the system.
• Pabbly Account Setup underneath covers creating the Pabbly account itself.

Step 4: Turn on Log Calls

• Click the Settings tab, beside Overview.
• Switch on Log Calls at the top of the tab. The label beside it reads ENABLED once it is on.
• Calilio describes the setting as logging all incoming and outgoing calls to the relevant contact or company.

Step 5: Open the API Key and URL card

• The API Key and URL card sits inside the Log Calls card.
• Click Manage at the right of that card.
• Calilio describes it as managing the API key, the security key, and the webhook URL for call logging.

Step 6: Save your webhook URL

• The dialog carries three fields: API Key, Security Key, and Webhook URL.
• Webhook URL is marked with an asterisk, so it is the one Calilio requires.
• Paste the values from your Pabbly Connect account, then click Save. Cancel closes the dialog without saving.

Paste your Pabbly Connect values, then click Save.

Expected result

• The PabblyConnect card on the Integrations page reads Connected.
• STATUS on the Overview tab reads Active.
• Log Calls reads ENABLED, and calls on the numbers you switched on are sent to your Pabbly Connect workflow.

Which of your numbers send call logs to Pabbly Connect?

Your numbers send call logs when their own switch is on. The Phone Calls card lists every number in the workspace with a switch each, and its Search box and Add Filter control narrow a long list. A number left switched off sends nothing.

What triggers and actions are available in Pabbly Connect?

Triggers and actions are set up in Pabbly Connect, not in Calilio. Calilio's side of the integration is the call log it sends to the webhook URL you saved. The Pabbly Docs link on the Overview tab is where Pabbly lists what its own workflows can do with that log.

How do you disconnect Pabbly Connect?

Click Disconnect on the PabblyConnect page. The control sits at the top right, above the two tabs, and it appears on both of them. Disconnecting stops call logging for every number in the workspace.
