What you can do if you're receiving spam calls?

You can use our IVR feature to avoid receiving spam calls. With IVR, if someone phones your Calilio number, then they hear menu options and should dial a number to reach your team (for example, press 0 for customer service). Since robocalls are unable to communicate with IVRs, most spam can be easily removed.


Additionally, you can block a phone number in Calilio if you have already received spam from them. This is how it is done:


Step 1: Go to Numbers section of the nav bar.


Step 2: Open Conversation section.


Step 2: Tap the three dots.


Step 3: Block the spam contact.
