How to use Calilio (AI-powered Call Summary) Call transcription?

📢Disclaimer: The AI-powered call summary feature applies exclusively to recorded calls and voicemails. It does not generate reports for live conversations unless recording is enabled.


Step 1: Log into Your Calilio Dashboard. Navigate to Settings > Numbers. Select the phone number you wish to set up for automatic call recording.



Step 2: To enable Automatic Call Recording, Click on the chosen number and Toggle the ‘Auto Record Calls’ option to activate recording.



Once activated, Calilio will record all calls to or from the selected number. After each call ends, the system generates an audio recording alongside an AI-powered call summary. To view a detailed conversation report, click the icon (as shown in the figure) next to the recording.



AI-powered Call Summary helps you make informed decisions. It gives you actionable insights from every call. It includes:


  • Reason for Call: Get to know the client's intentions and needs quickly

  • Detailed Conversation Log: Review the entire conversation for a quick recap to get a better understanding.

  • Call Sentiment: Find out if the call was positive, negative, or neutral.

  • Call Summary: Gain a concise overview of the entire discussion.

  • Conclusion: Emphasizes how the call was concluded with the customer's final remarks.


How to obtain AI call summaries for numbers not set for auto-recording?


  • To record conversations on other numbers not set for automatic recording, press the Call Recording button on the dialer as you start the call. Once the call concludes, the system will automatically create the report, which you can access from the chat section.



🌟Note: Never record a call without notifying the other party that you intend to record it. Giving them the option to opt out of the recording will put you on the right side of the law.
