How to Set Up Voicemail on Calilio?

Voicemail ensures you never miss important messages when you’re unavailable to answer calls. Follow these steps to set up voicemail for your Calilio number:

Step 1: Log in to your Calilio Account

Step 2: Go to the Number Section

From the left-hand navigation panel, hover over Numbers to view all your assigned numbers.

Step 3: Open Number Settings

Hover over the phone number to reveal the three-dot (⋮) menu, then click the Number Settings.

Step 4: Enable Voicemail

Scroll down to the Voicemail section and toggle the button ON to activate voicemail.

Step 5: Choose Your Voicemail Message

You can customize how callers hear your voicemail:

Upload Pre-Recorded Audio – Use a professional, pre-made greeting.
Record New Audio – Create a personalized voicemail greeting directly within Calilio.

⚡ Important Note: If you have multiple numbers in your account, you’ll need to set up voicemail individually for each number. This ensures each line has its own unique greeting and voicemail settings.
