How to Set Up a Power Dialer in Calilio?

Step 1: Log in (or sign up) to your Calilio account.

Step 2: From the left-hand navigation panel, go to the Power Dialer section.

Step 3: Import your contact list for the campaign. Make sure to use the designated format, download the sample template, update it with your contacts, and upload it.

Step 4: Create a new Disposition if this is your first campaign. Otherwise, select one from the existing list.

Step 5: Create a new campaign by filling in the required details in the provided fields.

Step 6: Select the campaign you just created and click Start Campaign. You will be able to view its status and pause or resume it anytime.

Step 7: To manage your running campaigns, navigate to the Active Sessions tab where all active campaigns are listed.
