How to Raise a Support Ticket in Calilio?

The support ticket system provides a direct way to communicate with the Calilio support team. This guide shows you how to raise a support ticket in just a few simple steps.

Step-by-Step: Raise a Support Ticket


Step 1: Log In to Your Calilio Account

Access your Calilio account using your email and password.


Step 2: Locate Your Profile Section

At the bottom left corner of the sidebar, you'll see your profile section displaying:

  • Your profile picture or initial
  • Your name
  • Your role 
  • A green dot indicating online status


Step 3: Click "Raise a Support Ticket"

Below your profile information, you'll see the option "Raise a support ticket" (marked with a ticket icon).

Click on this option.


Step 4: View Support Center

You'll be taken to the Calilio Support Center page showing:

  • Your existing tickets (if any)
  • Ticket status (All, Open, Closed)
  • Last reply times
  • "Open New Ticket" button in the top right corner
  • Click the "+ Open New Ticket" button.


Step 5: Fill Out the Support Ticket Form

A form titled "Open a new support ticket" will appear with the following fields:


Required Fields:


1. Category* (Required) Click the dropdown to select from available categories:


Available categories include:

  • Billing - For payment, invoice, or billing-related issues
  • Number purchase - For issues with buying new numbers
  • Porting - For number porting questions or problems
  • Subscription - For plan changes or subscription issues
  • Calling issue - For call quality or calling problems

Select the category that best matches your issue.


2. Product Name Enter the Calilio product or feature you're experiencing issues with (e.g., "Power Dialer", "SMS", "Call Forwarding").


3. Subject* (Required) Enter a brief, descriptive subject line for your ticket (e.g., "Unable to forward calls to external number").


4. Message* (Required) Describe your issue in detail. Include:

  • What problem you're experiencing
  • When it started
  • Steps you've already tried
  • Any error messages you've seen

Minimum: 20 characters required


5. Attach a File (Optional) Click "+ Attach a file..." to upload screenshots, error logs, or other relevant files that help explain your issue.


Step 6: Submit Your Ticket

After filling out all required fields:

  1. Review your information for accuracy
  2. Click the blue "Submit New Ticket" button at the bottom
  3. Your ticket will be created and sent to the Calilio support team


Viewing Existing Tickets

To check the status of previously submitted tickets:

  1. Go to profile section → "Raise a support ticket"
  2. In the Support Center, you'll see all your tickets
  3. Use filters to view:
  • All - All tickets regardless of status
  • Open - Active tickets awaiting resolution
  • Closed - Resolved and closed tickets
  1. Click Refresh icon to update ticket list
  2. Click arrow (→) to view ticket details and conversation history

Note: For faster resolution, choose the correct category, provide detailed information, and include screenshots when relevant.
