How To Filter Calls on Unified Callbox?
Follow these steps to set up call filters on the Unified Callbox.
Step 1: Sign in to your Calilio account with your registered credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to the Numbers section on the navigation bar and choose the number you want to filter.
Step 3: To sort your call logs, click on the "All Conversations" drop-down menu (refer to the figure provided).
Step 4: From the dropdown, select the type of calls you want to view. For example, to see only the missed calls for that number, choose "Missed Calls."
