How to Download a Transcription Script ?

Calilio allows you to download call transcription scripts for review, record-keeping, or training purposes. Follow the steps below to download the transcript of any call with available transcription.

Step1: Log in to Your Calilio Account

Step 2: Go to Analytics

From the left-hand navigation panel, click on Analytics.

Step 3: Open Advanced Report

Go to the 'Advanced Report' section, where you can apply various filters as needed.

Step 4 Download the Transcription

Click on the “View” button for the call you want the transcript of. Then, click the “Download” option at the top right to download the transcript.

✅ Tip: Use filters in the Advanced Report section to quickly locate specific calls—especially helpful when dealing with large call volumes.
