Step 1: Before, log in with your Admin account on Calilio, check your number is portable. Try our Number Porting Eligibility Checker to see if your number is portable.
Step 2: Go to Settings > My Numbers. Click on the “Port Existing” option
Step 3:. Chat box pops up. Contact our support team regarding process.
Step 4: Submit Necessary Documents. Our support team guides you through the process. Submit any required documents and a 6-digit number transfer PIN to verify and authorize the porting of your number.
Step 5: Once our team verify your documents, teams begin the porting process. Our team will keep you informed about your number porting status until it is completed.
