How to sign up and create a new account on Calilio?

Creating a Calilio account is quick and simple. You can sign up using your Google account, Apple account, or by manually entering your name, email address, password, and phone number.

Go to the Calilio website and click Get Started. You will be redirected to the Calilio registration page, where you can create a new account.

On the sign-up page, you can create your account in three ways:

Sign up with Google
Sign up with Apple
Sign up manually using your details

To sign up manually, enter the required information in the form.

If you selected Sign up With Apple or Google, you can check from the Step 5 onwards.

Fill in the required fields:

Name: Enter your full name.
Email: Enter a valid email address.
Password: Create a secure password.
Phone Number: Select your country code and enter your phone number.

After adding the required information, click Continue.

Step 4: Verify Your Email

After submitting your details, Calilio may send an OTP code to your email address for verification. Enter the OTP code to verify your email and continue creating your account.

Step 5: Choose a Plan

Select a Calilio plan based on your business needs. Review the available plan options (Standard or Enterprise) and plan duration (Monthly or Annual), and choose the one that fits your calling, messaging, team, and feature requirements. After selecting the plan, hit the Continue button.

Step 6: Add Your Billing Details

Enter your billing details to complete the account setup. After filling all the details, hit the Pay Now button.

Step 7: Payment Confirmation

Once your payment has been confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation notification along with a "Congratulations!" message. At the bottom of that screen, click "Go to your Dashboard" to access your account and start using Calilio.

After completing the setup, your Calilio account will be ready to use.
From the dashboard, you can:

Buy and manage phone numbers
Make and receive calls
Send and receive SMS
Add team members
Set up business hours
Configure IVR
Manage voicemail, call history, and recordings
Access other Calilio phone system features

Troubleshooting

I did not receive the OTP code. What should I do?

Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder. Make sure you entered the correct email address. If the OTP still does not arrive, try requesting the code again.

I cannot continue after entering my details. What should I check?

Make sure all required fields are completed correctly. Check that your email address is valid, your password meets the required format, and your phone number includes the correct country code.

Can I create an account using Google or Apple?

Yes. You can use Sign up with Google or Sign up with Apple to create your Calilio account faster.

What should I do if I already have an account?

Click Log in below the sign-up form or go directly to Calilio's login page and enter your existing Calilio account credentials.
