# How to upgrade or downgrade my subscription plan on Calilio?

## Upgrading Subscription plan to Enterprise

Step 1: Login to Calilio Dashboard. Go to **Settings** > **Subscription**. Click on “**Change Plan.”**

Step 2: Click on **Contact Support** to upgrade your plan to **Enterprise**. You can also billing period to monthly or yearly _(as shown by arrow)_.

## Upgrading Subscription plan to Business (Premium)

Simply click on **Upgrade** to switch pan to **Business**, then complete the payment process. The business plan is activated once payment has been made.

## Downgrading Plan to Business or Basic

The process is similar to upgrading your plan; the only difference is that you choose a lower plan than what you were previously on. Also, billing functions similarly to upgrading a plan, but in reverse.
