# How to share a Calilio number to team members?

|| Follow these steps for sharing your Calilio numbers to team members.


Step 1: After login to admin dashboard, go to “**Settings”** > “**Members**.” Search for the team member you want to assign the number to.

Step 2: Click on the three dot. Select the **Assign Number** option.

Step 3: Select the number you want to assign via the drop-down list. Hit the **Done** button.

Step 4: After clicking the **"Done"** button, the member's name will appear along with the allocated number.
