# How to Set Up Custom Outbound Caller ID on Calilio?

**Step 1:** First, [sign in](https://app.calilio.com/auth/login) to your Calilio account using your registered credentials. If you haven't registered yet, you need to [create an account.](https://support.calilio.com/en/articles/9188154-how-to-sign-up-and-create-a-new-account-on-calilio)

**Step 2:** Navigate to the **“Settings”** section of your account dashboard.

**Step 3:** Choose the phone number for which you want to set up a custom Caller ID, then click on **"Add new Caller ID."**

**Step 4:** In the Caller ID section, enter an external number that you want to use as your Caller ID.

**Step 5:** Once your Caller ID has been entered, proceed to the verification process. An OTP will be sent to the external number you provided. Enter the code to proceed.

**Step 6:** Once the OTP is verified, your Caller ID will be successfully created.

**_💡Note:_** _To customize/ change your Caller ID, return to the number section, select your number, and modify the Caller ID. You can add details like a name or alternative number for display._
