# How to Set Up Call-Forwarding On Calilio?

**Step 2:** Pick the phone number you wish to set up call forwarding for.

**Step 3:** Activate the call forwarding feature by **toggling on** the Call Strategy option, as illustrated in the figure.

**Step 4:** Now you got two options to choose: (i) **Forward to web and mobile** (ii) **Forward to external number.** Either choose one.

| **Forward to Web and Mobile:** This allows calls to be forwarded to your Calilio web or mobile app. If the call remains unanswered, it can then be redirected to another external number (whether it's a physical SIM card or a non-VoIP number).

For example, if you have a USA number +1 484 517 4546) and it goes unanswered on both the Calilio web or mobile app, the call can then be forwarded to an

external number like “+61 483 944 453.

| **Forward to External Number:** This option lets you forward calls directly to an external number, which could be a physical SIM card, a non-VoIP, or another VoIP number. With this setting, the call bypasses the Calilio app entirely and is directly forwarded to, for instance, “+61 483 944 453.
