# How to port phone numbers to Calilio?

Step 1: Before, log in with your Admin account on Calilio, check your number is portable. Try our [Number Porting Eligibility Checker](https://www.calilio.com/number-porting) to see if your number is portable.

Step 2: Go to **Settings** > **My Numbers**. Click on the **“Port Existing”** option

Step 4: Submit Necessary Documents. Our support team guides you through the process. Submit any required documents and a 6-digit number transfer PIN to verify and authorize the porting of your number.

Step 5: Once our team verify your documents, teams begin the porting process. Our team will keep you informed about your number porting status until it is completed.
