## Why you should pin a Message?

Pinning a message highlights critical information, ensuring it remains visible and accessible. It reduces repetitive queries and keeps everyone aligned, especially useful in busy or lengthy discussions where key details may be missed.

* **Easy Access:** Keep important conversations easily accessible without scrolling through a long list of messages.

* **Priority Conversations:** Highlight and prioritize messages from key contacts like family, friends, or work-related chats.

* **Avoid Missing Important Info:** Ensure crucial messages, like appointments or task lists, are not forgotten.

* **Organization** Helps organize your chat interface by keeping essential conversations separate from the rest.

* **Reminders:** Pinning a message acts as a reminder to address important tasks or discussions. It ensures that vital details or necessary actions are not overlooked.

## How to Pin a Text Message Conversation in Calilio?

Step 1: Log into your Calilio account using your registered credentials.

Step 2: From the navigation bar, select the 'Numbers' section and then choose the specific number whose conversation you wish to access.

Step 3: Locate the text message you wish to pin and click on the three dots next to it *(as shown in the figure).*

Step 4: Click **'Pin Message**.' Your pinned message will now appear at the top of the call box.
