# How to Manage Account Security in Calilio?

To manage account security in Calilio, click Settings in the sidebar and open Security & Sessions on the My Profile page. It holds three controls: Two Factor Authentication, Reset password, and Logout, which signs your account out of all other sessions.

## Step 1: Open Security & Sessions

* Click Settings in the Calilio sidebar, and the My Profile page opens.
* Scroll to the last block, headed Security & Sessions.
* It holds three rows, and everything Calilio offers for account security is in them.

## Step 2: Turn on two-factor authentication

* Two Factor Authentication is the first row, and its arrow opens a page of its own.
* Authenticator App asks you to scan a QR code with an app such as Google Authenticator or Authy.
* Email Address Verification makes you verify your email address before you reach your account.

## Step 3: Set a new password

* Reset password is the second row, and RESET opens the Create a New Password dialog.
* It asks for your current password before it takes a new one.
* Change it whenever you think somebody else has seen it, and use a password you do not use anywhere else.

## Step 4: Sign out of your other sessions

* The third row reads Logout, over the line Logout of all sessions.
* LOGOUT ends the sessions your account has open, so anyone signed in as you has to sign in again.
* Use it after you sign in on a shared or public computer.

## Expected result

* The Authenticator App switch reads on, and Calilio uses your authentication app for its codes.
* Your old password stops working, and other sessions have to sign in again.

## Does Calilio show where your account is signed in?

No. Calilio shows no list of your active sessions, devices, locations, or sign-in times, so there is nothing to review one session at a time. LOGOUT is the only session control, and it ends them together rather than one by one.

## Who can change your account security settings?

You can, because Security & Sessions sits on your own My Profile page and applies to your account alone.
