# How to Input a Welcome Voice Message in Calilio ?

A Welcome Voice Message greets callers before the call connects, helping you create a professional first impression. Follow the steps below to upload or record your welcome message.
## Step 1: Log in to Your Calilio Account
Sign in to your Calilio account using your email and password.

## Step 2: Go to Settings
From the **left-hand navigation panel**, click on **Settings**.

## Step 3: Choose “**My Numbers**” option
Select **My Numbers** to manage all numbers associated with your account.

## Step 4: Select an Active Number
Choose “**Active**” to see the active numbers and select a number for which you want to enbale call transfer.

## Step 5: Enable Welcome Voice Message
Toggle the **Welcome Voice Message** option to turn it ON.

## Step 6: Upload or Record Your Message
Choose “Select Audio” option. Then you can either record sound or select the existing audio (sound) file.
