# How to Forward Chat to Email in Calilio?

|| Calilio allows you to forward chat conversations directly to your email inbox, making it easier to keep records or share important discussions with your team or external contacts.

## Step 1: Log in to Your Calilio Account

* If you’re new,[ __sign up here__](https://app.calilio.com/auth/register) to create one.

## Step 2: Go to the Numbers Section
From the left-hand navigation panel, click on **Numbers** to view all your assigned numbers.

## Step 3: Select the Conversation
Choose the specific **chat conversation** you want to forward to email.

## Step 4: Open General Info
Click on the **information icon (ℹ️)** to open the **General Info** panel for that conversation.

## Step 5: Access the Options Menu
In the **General Info** bar, click the **three-dot menu (⋯)** to open more options, then select **Forward Chat to Email**.

## Step 6: Configure Forwarding Details
A pop-up window will appear where you can:
* Select the **required fields** to include in the forwarded chat.
* Choose to forward the chat to **internal team members** or **external email addresses**.

After reviewing, confirm your action to forward the conversation.
