# How to Download a Transcription Script ?

Calilio allows you to download call transcription scripts for review, record-keeping, or training purposes. Follow the steps below to download the transcript of any call with available transcription.
## Step1: Log in to Your Calilio Account
Sign in to your Calilio dashboard using your registered **email** and **password**.

## Step 2:  Go to Analytics
From the **left-hand navigation panel**, click on **Analytics**.

## Step 3: Open Advanced Report
Go to the '**Advanced Report**' section, where you can apply various filters as needed.

## Step 4 Download the Transcription
Click on the “**View**” button for the call you want the transcript of. Then, click the “**Download**” option at the top right to download the transcript.

✅ Tip: Use filters in the Advanced Report section to quickly locate specific calls—especially helpful when dealing with large call volumes.
