# How to Assign Number to New Member ?

Assigning phone numbers to team members ensures they can make and receive calls within your Calilio workspace. Follow the steps below to assign a number to any new member.
## Step 1: Log in to Your Calilio Account
Sign in using your registered email and password.

## Step 2: Go to Settings
From the **left-hand navigation panel**, click on **Settings**.

## Step 3: Open Members option
Select** Members** to view the list of all users in your workspace.

## Step 4: Assign a Number
Find the member you want to assign the number to. On the right side of that member's row, click the **three dots (⋮)** icon and select **“Assign Number”** from the dropdown menu.

## Step 5: Select and Confirm
Choose the phone number you want to assign to the member, then click **Done** to complete the assignment.

✅ **Tip:** You can assign multiple numbers to a member (if required) or change assignments anytime by returning to the same menu.
