# How to Add a New Phone Number to Your Calilio Account?

Adding a new phone number to your Calilio account allows you to expand your communication channels, manage multiple lines, and assign numbers to different teams or regions.
## Step 1: Log in to Your Calilio Account

## Step 2: Access the Numbers Section
From the left-hand navigation panel:
* Click on the **“+”** beside **Numbers** to purchase a new number, **OR**
* Go to **Settings > My Numbers** to view and manage your numbers.

## Step 3: Purchase a Number
Click **Purchase Number** to start adding a new number to your account.

## Step 4: Search and Filter Numbers
Use the filters to find your desired number based on:
* **Country**
* **Number type** (Local, Toll-free, Mobile, etc.)
* **Capabilities** (Voice, SMS, Fax, MMS)
* **Matching digits or patterns**
From the list provided, click **Add to Cart** for the number you want.

## Step 5: Provide Required Information
Depending on the country and number type, requirements may vary:
### Case 1: Documentation Required
* Upload the necessary documents for verification.
* Assign a friendly name to your number.
* Submit your request and wait for document verification by the Calilio team.

### Case 2: No Documentation Required
* Assign a friendly name to your number.
* Add it directly to your cart for purchase.

## Step 6: Confirm Your Purchase
Review your order details, then confirm the purchase.

## Step 7: Complete the Payment
Choose a saved payment method (or add a new one) and complete the payment.
