# How Can We Edit Saved Replies ?

Saved Replies help you respond faster and maintain consistent communication. If you need to update or refine an existing reply, you can easily edit it from your settings.

Follow the steps below to modify a saved reply:
## Step 1: Log in to Your Calilio Account
Sign in using your registered **emai**l and **password**.

## Step 2: Go to Settings
From the **left-hand navigation panel**, click on **Settings**.

## Step 3: Open Saved Replies
Select **Saved Replies** to view all your existing quick responses.

## Step 4: Edit a Saved Reply
On the right side of the reply you want to edit, click **the three dots** (⋮) icon, then select the “**Edit**” option from the dropdown menu.

## Step 5: Update Your Response
Modify the** title**, **reply content**, and **shortcuts** as needed. After making your changes, click the “**Save**” button to apply them.
