# How can I recover my login password?

**Step 1:** Go to the [ Login page](https://app.calilio.com/auth/login) Tick the **Captcha** and click on **“Forget Password.”**

**Step 2:** Enter the **Email address** you used to log in, and click on the **“Reset Password”** Button. Upon clicking, an OTP code will be sent to your email address.

**Step 3:** Enter the received **OTP code** and verify your email address.

**Step 4:** Once you verify the email address, click the reset link and enter a new password.
